Privacy Policy
As a client of The Publishing Queen there are certain details we need to collect from you both legally and in order to service you to the highest quality standards. We take your privacy very seriously and will not release any of these details to anyone other then those directly responsible for processing your order or job.
Delivery Policy
All goods will be delivered on or before the estimated delivery time unless you are otherwise notifies of any unforseen delay. All our prices are printing, shipping and delivery inclusive unless otherwise stated.
Refunds Policy
As all our products are pre-paid and produced specifically for you after you have placed an order we are unable to offer a refund for any product ordered.
Likewise all our events are non refundable as by purchasding a ticket you are securing your place at the event and therefore stopping someone else attending. In extreme circumstances management may decide to exchange your unused ticket to allow you to attend an alternative event but no refund will be available for change of mind purchases or non attended events.
If you recieve a delivery and for whatever reason it is not delivered to the highest quality of standards please contact our office immediatly and you will be refunded pro rata for any damaged goods.
